- Define How Project Relates to Mission Statement and What are the Objectives of the Project
- Identify Deliverable(s)
- Define Team Member Responsibilities
- Create a Project Calendar
- Create a Work Plan
The next several pages will describe each of these steps. Only after you have created a work plan should you start your project.
